Fine tuning: learn how to dance with your horse

Fine Tuning
The ultimate goal of horseback riding is to become one with the horse: that is when your partner will respond just when you start to think about the cue… the horse can feel the slightest change in your body motions.

Leg-Yield
Yield all four legs in the same lateral direction by putting pressure with your leg and bending the head outside.

All the operation is done when maintaining the soft feel.

Tear-Drop
At the trot, move along the fence, then get the soft feel. Next, carry it over on a half circle.
Past that point, leg-yield back to the fence on the other side. Then, do the same at the lope.

More information and more exercises about horseback riding will come later on.
